Hurricane started his radio career the same year Iron Mike Tyson knocked out Trevor Berbick in the 2nd round to become the youngest heavyweight champion ever.

 

Hurricane worked on a handful of stations in southwest Florida before being recruited to be a part of start up WRAX 1077 The X in Birmingham. He had a great ride running the afternoon show on The X until December of 2003. He's also been heard on Birmingham's 1069 The Eagle, 92 Zew in Mobile, 1047 WZZK in Birmingham and 957 The X in Knoxville,Tennessee. Before returning to Alabama to rock mornings on Rock 1059, Gadsden and Anniston's Rock Station!
